梵谷

文生‧梵谷於1853年 3月30日出生於荷蘭津德爾特於1890年 7月29日在法國瓦茲河畔歐韋逝世，屬於後印象派畫家，曾經在英國倫敦教過法文，在看到學生沒錢繳學費過不久後就回到荷蘭去當畫家，梵谷在他27歲時才開始作畫，曾經受到日本浮世繪的影響而畫出和浮世繪類似的畫作，梵谷受到精神疾病的打擊很大，在他37歲那年畫完最後一幅畫《麥田烏鴉》後便要求弟弟西奧拿槍將他擊斃。

歌頌梵谷

歌頌梵谷是二十世紀美國民謠詩人唐麥克林，以畫作名稱星夜當作歌名，是為了歌頌梵谷畫的作品而寫的一首歌。
